Located in a spacious property on the Via Nomentana, the Casa occupies a small independent four-storey villa, which houses an academia and library, a chapel, a large kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms throughout. There are a number of single and double bedrooms with space enough for approximately 14 residents and guests.

The residents of the house include the Rector and Vice-Rector, as well as a small group of young lay people of various nationalities, both men and women, most of whom have completed university studies of some sort (bachelors or post-graduate).

Those making the Spiritual Exercises are provided with special accommodations, including a private bedroom with access to a private bathroom.
